Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Researcher to support our business development and recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and validating high-quality leads and candidate data using various digital tools, platforms, and data-scraping technologies. The ideal candidate has strong online research skills, experience using recruitment or lead generation tools, and the ability to analyze and organize data effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- ●Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential leads, prospects, or candidates
- ●Utilize data scraping and sourcing tools to extract relevant information from platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
- ●Build and maintain accurate databases of leads and contacts
- ●Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness
- ●Segment and categorize leads based on defined criteria (industry, role, geography, etc.)
- ●Collaborate with recruitment, sales, or marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
- ●Monitor and track lead generation metrics and provide regular reports
- ●Stay updated with new tools, trends, and techniques in data research and lead generation
Requirements
Qualification
- ●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- ●Proven experience in data research, lead generation, or recruitment sourcing
- ●Strong familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- ●Experience using data scraping tools, CRM systems, or lead generation software
- ●Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- ●Strong analytical and organizational skills
- ●Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Preferred Skills
- ●Experience with recruitment tools or sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing automation tools)
- ●Knowledge of CRM tools
