Job Description
CRM & Data Operations Support (Salesforce)
Objective: Provide operational CRM support to ensure Salesforce data quality, enable targeted marketing campaigns, and deliver reliable reporting that supports sales and marketing performance.
1. CRM Data Integrity & Governance
Scope: Maintain and optimise Salesforce to ensure accurate, structured,d and usable customer data across Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- ●Maintain Salesforce data quality, structure, and segmentation accuracy.
- ●Implement and manage processes to reduce incomplete, duplicated, or low-quality records.
- ●Conduct regular CRM data audits and resolve identified issues.
- ●Monitor field completion, activity tracking, and record accuracy across teams.
- ●Ensure consistent use of Salesforce processes and best practices across Sales and Marketing users.
- ●Support improvements to data capture processes to strengthen lead and customer records.
Deliveries
- ●Monthly CRM data health report.
- ●Ongoing duplicate management and data cleansing.
- ●Recommendations to improve data quality and CRM processes.
2. Campaign Execution & Marketing Automation
Scope: Support the execution and optimisation of CRM marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
Responsibilities
- ●Build, deploy, and monitor targeted email campaigns within the CRM platform.
●Support lifecycle and lead-nurture automation workflows.
●Ensure campaigns use correct segmentation and data filters.
●Conduct campaign QA to ensure accuracy before deployment.
●Ensure all CRM campaigns comply with GDPR and data-handling requirements.
Deliveries
- ●Build and deploy CRM campaigns as scheduled by the Marketing team.
- ●Maintain and optimise automation workflows.
- ●Provide campaign performance summaries following each deployment
3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Scope: Provide clear reporting and analysis to support marketing performance and sales pipeline visibility.
Responsibilities
- ●Maintain CRM dashboards tracking campaign performance, lead activity, and pipeline progression.
- ●Produce regular performance reports for marketing and sales stakeholders.
- ●Analyse CRM data to identify trends, engagement patterns, and areas for improvement.
- ●Provide recommendations to improve campaign targeting and CRM performance.

- ●Monthly CRM performance report.
- ●Campaign performance analysis.
- ●Ongoing dashboard maintenance.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration & CRM Adoption
Scope: Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams through effective CRM processes and communication.
Responsibilities
- ●Work with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure CRM activity supports commercial goals.
- ●Communicate CRM process updates or data requirements to internal teams.
- ●Provide guidance and training on Salesforce best practices where required.
- ●Support adoption of agreed CRM processes and workflows.

CRM Data Quality

- ●Accuracy of segmentation and campaign lists
Campaign Execution
- ●Campaign deployment accuracy

CRM Adoption & Hygiene
- ●Reduction in Salesforce hygiene issues (missing fields, inactive leads, overdue activities)
- ●Improved adherence to CRM processes across Marketing and Sales teams.
Requirements
Technical Skills & Experience
- ●Experience using Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
- ●Strong understanding of CRM data structures, segmentation, and data governance
- ●Experience with marketing automation and email campaign tools
- ●Ability to build and manage reports and dashboards
- ●Familiarity with data cleansing, deduplication, and data quality tools
- ●Understanding of GDPR and data privacy compliance
Analytical Skills
- ●Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- ●Ability to interpret campaign performance and customer data
- ●Experience identifying trends and generating actionable insights
- ●High attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and QA
