General Position Summary
This role is primarily responsible for data entry, special reporting, and order review to support customer and partner needs. They participate in pre-production by reviewing incoming orders to determine what can be scheduled for the week ahead. They serve as a resource for order-related inquiries and escalations, and support the team with Excel-based reporting projects. Dispatching is a secondary/backup function rather than a primary duty.
Minimum Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of warehouse or operations support experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of current staging SOPs and/or ability to gain expert knowledge within 60 days of employment
• Proficient in Info Plus, preferred
• Knowledge of general Quality Assurance standards
• Holds a high standard of professionalism and respect for quality
• Ability to be detail-oriented when performing data entry and documenting information
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
• Ability to analyze work with a high level of integrity and good judgment
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Position Functions
• Perform accurate and timely data entry across order management and reporting systems
• Review and assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and relevance
Secondary Position Functions: Attends meetings, trainings, or assists with other projects as assigned by management
Requirments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- •Any certifications in data analysis or supply chain management are advantageous.
SOFTWARE:
- •Familiarity with logistics management software and data visualization tools.
- •Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.
